How Can I Help?
My focus is in addiction recovery, trauma healing, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Combining evidence-based techniques with genuine compassion, I help clients break generational patterns and create lasting change. My academic training and lived experience allow me to understand and guide you toward healing.
What is My Approach?
I blend cutting-edge neuroscience with compassionate presence, recognizing how experiences shape the body and brain. My client-centered approach prioritizes safety, the foundation for meaningful change. Rather than treating symptoms, I help you understand the “why” behind your patterns—turning confusion into clarity, helplessness into agency, and disconnection into wholeness.
More About Me: Before my education and training, I lived through addiction and trauma—experiencing recovery firsthand. That journey became my life’s purpose: guiding others from their own darkness toward the light I discovered on the other side.
