How Can I Help?

Together, we’ll map out your life and start to connect some dots. I hold space as you get to know yourself better (“why am I the way I am?”), help you process (“I’m aware of how aware I am of my stuff- now what!?”), and encourage you to embrace yourself. We are complex, and the first step in changing is accepting where we are.

What is My Approach?

Laid-back, exploratory, and collaborative, I actively engage in your journey with insight, feedback, and direction. I listen to understand, never judge, and help you deepen self-awareness. As you gain clarity on your thoughts, emotions, and boundaries, you'll build confidence to shape the life you want.

More About Me: I became a therapist because I’ve been a client. I once feared opening “Pandora’s Box,” thinking I couldn’t handle what was inside. But facing my fears diminished their power. I learned to work with my struggles rather than let them control me. I promise to embrace your mess, just as I did mine, and go from there.
