Life's demands can feel overwhelming, leaving us stressed and disconnected.
My approach offers a safe, supportive space for healing and growth, fostering a more authentic and fulfilling life.
How Can I Help?
Together, we will explore your values and sources of meaning. I help clients navigate life's many transitions, including aging, family planning, family of origin concerns, trauma, financial decisions, divorce, co-parenting, empty nests, career changes, grief, marriage and relationship challenges. Additionally, I support families facing multicultural dynamics, mental illness, addiction, and codependency.
What is My Approach?
I employ a holistic, relational and collaborative approach. I focus on my client’s strengths and integrate various therapeutic techniques tailored to your individual needs. Healing and growth unfold through the safety of our accepting and non-judgmental relationship. In addition to my professional psychotherapy skills, I draw from several decades of experience as a personal finance advisor and certified life coach.
More About Me: I have a diverse academic background in science, philosophy, and art and have been a lifelong student of psychology. I’m passionate about the arts and love traveling to explore different cultures and perspectives. At home, I have two newly launched young adult children and a nine-year-old Sheltie I still affectionately call "puppy."
Fun Fact: My guilty pleasure is binge watching British crime dramas, psychological thrillers and stand-up comedy. Some of my recent favorites include Slow Horses, White Lotus, Ripley, Bad Sisters and Shrinking, as well as stand-up specials by Michelle Wolf, Kathleen Madigan, Tom Papas and Neil Brennan.
