How Can I Help?
We all experience psychological pain and suffering, often feeling guilt, fear, loneliness, and helplessness. The pain of feeling damaged can be overwhelming. However, my personal and professional experiences have shown me that it is through brokenness that we emerge stronger and more resilient.
What is My Approach?
As an attachment-focused therapist, I believe trust and communication heal. Learning to share your experience and truth in a safe therapeutic environment can profoundly alter the course of your life; and give the damaged, painful and broken parts of yourself new meaning. I help clients cultivate self-compassion, expression, care, protection, and efficacy for lasting well-being.
More About Me: As a photographer, I traveled the world—Europe, Asia, the North Pacific, and the Middle East—finding friendship, wisdom, and beauty in unexpected places. I discovered the best parts of myself and others by getting lost, making mistakes, wandering off the beaten path, and saying yes to things that scared me.
