I believe we are not meant to go through life alone and that by simply being witnessed, we can experience more healing, hope and wholeness! Our mind is a powerful place and the health of it determines the health of so many aspects of our life and relationships.
How Can I Help?
My experiences have shown me there are two key ingredients that help us move forward, grow, and heal: a sustainable support system and creating meaning. Together, using a holistic approach, we’ll look at how your presenting challenges are affecting you and help you move toward becoming the person you want to be.
What is My Approach?
My approach is warm, relational, creative and collaborative. I believe that often we have the answers inside us. My job is to help facilitate a space for you to unveil them. At times, circumstances call us to reflect and look back in order to move forward. Ultimately we need to feel to heal, and feeling can look different for everyone!
More About Me:
After experiencing the loss of my mom as a teen, and my dad as an adult, my empathy for others grew. Through my healing, I was able to help others navigate their process in grief. This played out in various ways such as guest writing on blogs about grief, starting a virtual support group and ultimately leading me to get my masters in clinical psychology! Life can be so hard and no one goes through it without being touched by suffering of some kind. I am passionate about creating space for them.
